I ran about 3 1/2 miles tonight and met my Mountain Boy at the overlook near the Shrine of St Therese feeling good as a result of hard physical effort.
We went out to Eagle Beach with Jamie and took a long walk on the beach.
LC's knee is improving rapidly now, and walking was easier. A very good thing.....
The Chilkat mountains were rugged and beautiful and have lost a lot of snow just in the past week.
